This 2 bedroom / 2 bath, 3rd Floor unit is roomy and bright! The Florida Room has windows all around, and nice views of the Bay. The condo is less than 2 blocks to the beach, and since the unit has chairs & towels, just bring your sunscreen! This condo building is very quiet and well kept. It's only 3 floors high, and has a beautfiul tropical area with a little pond. If you don't want to go to the beach, you can relax by the heated pool! This bright & spacious unit sleeps 4 with a Queen and Full size bed. The Florida room is great for entertaining guests or just reading the morning paper with your coffee! The living room has color/cable TV with VCR and there is also a TV in the kitchen/dining area. Also available are beach chairs and an umbrella for your use. This is the perfect unit for a family, as it has a portable crib and highchair, and has room for everyone. Being only a few blocks from the beach, and having beach chairs/towels, etc. means you only have to bring your bathing suit!!
