2. Read and agree to the Rental Agreement.
The renter or renters (collectively called "Guest") agree to leave the property in the same condition in which it was found. Reasonable wear is accepted. Upon satisfactory inspection by the owner after the guests' depature, the deposit will be refunded. If any property is damaged, the guests will assume the responsibility to pay for any and all repairs and loss of income. The cost for repairs and income loss will first be taken from the deposit. Owner assumes neither liability for property loss or damage, nor liability for accidents or injury on the premises during their guests stay at ABCD Black Hills GetAway. Guests and members of their party shall not use or permit to be brought on the property items hazardous or illegal to persons or property. In addition, open fires, smoking, and pets are not allowed on the premises. No Refunds unless we can fill your reservation. We will let you exchange your dates as long as used in the next 6 months.
