Select an option from the second line of search fields, labeled "Find guests with the same". You can then find guests with same name or email addresses.

How do I export guest data? I need the email addresses for Constant Contact.
Follow these steps to export your guest data to a CSV file:
- Go to the Guests tab under Reservation Manager tab.
- Select "View All" from the first search dropdown.
- Check the box "Export Results"
- Click Go and then click the export file link that will appear in the upper right corner.
